A private parking spot comes with the apartment and can accommodate up through a mid-size vehicle.  Larger 
vehicles can easily find street parking in the area.  Garage parking is available on a case-by-case basis.
We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels.  Boogie boards are available upon request.
On the rare occasion that it is needed, the apartment is heated by in-floor radiant heat.
